Flash-Pics is a product of Tommy and Cindy Evans. Tommy, owner and DJ for Specialty Sound Entertainment, has been performing at wedding receptions since 1989. Cindy, owner and principal photographer for Creative Reflections Photography, has over 15 years of experience shooting weddings as well as other subjects including families, high school seniors and children.
