What You Get

All packages will include a professional photographer and two attendants. (Additional attendants may be required at an additional charge, depending on event size and options included). We will arrive at least one hour before the start of the event to set up, and will bring all necessary equipment, your choice of background, and props. We will custom design an overlay or border, including your logo or choice of text. Packages include unlimited sittings and prints (one per person in each photo).

Saturday Rates**

5″ x 7″ Printing: $1,550.00
Overtime at $150.00 / half hour

All Saturday packages are four hours.

Friday Rates**

5″ x 7″ Printing for four hours: $1,350.00
Overtime at $125.00 / half hour

5″ x 7″ Printing for two hours: $1,250.00
Overtime at $100 / half hour

**Event rates based on a guest list of up to 150 guests. Larger events may incur additional charges for paper, attendants, etc. Contact us for a detailed proposal. Rate includes unlimited sittings, unlimited printing, full selection of props, photographer and two attendants. All images will be available online within 10 days of the event. Due to demand we only offer our four hour packages for Saturday events. Feel free to contact us for custom pricing options.

Additional Options:

Photo Guestbook & Attendant: $200.00

A photo guestbook is the perfect way to keep a copy of your guest’s photos. We will print an extra copy of each photo and place it in the guestbook giving your guests the opportunity to leave you little ‘love notes’ on your special day.

Full Resolution Digital Images: $150.00

A hi-resolution copy of your images both with and without the graphic design.

Photo Favor Options: Prices Vary

There are a variety of ways to say “Thank You” to your guests and remind them to participate in the Photo Lounge. Gift wrap your Flash-Pics Photo Favors in one of the following options:

Quality Easel Frames – we have a variety of picture frames from glass, wood, and acrylic to choose from. You can insert a welcome message and have them ready at their table when they arrive. They can then insert their favorite Flash-Pics Photo from the evening.
Simple Cardboard Frames – these frames add some protection to the photos, with a simple black matte finish. Photos tuck into slots at each corner.

Display Options: Prices Vary

A live montage of your photos, either with a screen and projector or flat-panel TV is another great option to allow your guests to be a part the action.
